Has anyone else bought these and figured out how to get them to stay?

I own a belt that looks just like these. Not sure what you mean by stay. You side the belt through the buckle and pull to the tightness you desire. The ratcheting system locks the belt in place until you pull on the buckle which releases the belt for removal.
Is it bonded leather?

I feel slightly duped here. My own fault of course, but viewing and ordering through the mobile app lead to some confusion. I read the title as one (1) 3-pack of belts, not 1 to 3 pack of belts. I purchased a belt for $15.99, expecting to get a 3-pack. After closer inspection, once I got home on my normal PC, I see that is not the case. I thought 3 belts for $16 seemed like too good of a deal, but they were on “clearance”, so I thought maybe… Alas it was not the case.
