if this hasn’t shipped by the end of the day on monday, i don’t want it.
it won’t get here until friday probably when i’ll be gone for a week, so it will either sit on my porch or on and off ups trucks, sitting in a the heat for a week.
surely the 72 hour unpacking limit will pass and also doesn’t say something about the temp?
can’t wait to get a fucked up mattress when i get home from vacation.

Sorry. We can’t cancel your order since it is with our vendor for shipping.
Maybe, if possible, try to arrange for someone to bring the mattress inside for you?
Still hasn’t shipped… And we are 5 days in… With 2 weekend days counted…
I’ve already rearranged my schedule to be home the 1st thru 6th… It better come before I am gone a week…
I’m also a little concerned that they haven’t shipped yet… But mostly because I’m sleeping on the floor until it arrives…
It has been 6+ days since I ordered one of these mattresses and they still haven’t shipped it nor have any information about shipping! Do they have them or not? If they have them, how long can it take to put one on a truck or call UPS?

This is probably my last woot for a a while. 
Okay Woot. I know it’s fun to have money fights wih our large piles of money, but I think its time you ship our mattresses. I know to your guys $400+ isn’t alot, but to us working stiffs it represents a lot of blood sweat and tears. At the very least give everyone an estimate on shipping date.

With no tracking information?! What kind of vendor is this??? I’m out of town for a few days.
I’m liking the fact that a staff member can get on and say “no, you can’t cancel!” But is unable to give us any info on our not-yet-shipped mattresses.

My mattress was waiting for me when I got home from work.
Shipped from Ontario, California got to Eastern Ohio, just to give you a timeline for delivery.

My mattress also arrived today - about five hours BEFORE I got my shipping notice. No complaints though, I’m so happy it’s here.
Have unpacked it and am waiting for it to finish “expanding.” No funky smell at all. One of the two pillows achieved its full size in about two minutes. The other is only half there after about 30 minutes.
My only potential concern is that the memory foam mattress is several inches wider than the regular full size mattress it is replacing. Hope that won’t be an issue.
Like some other folks, it arrived today (Seattle). The shipping notice arrived about 2 hours before it landed (“Thud!”) on my doorstep. The FedEx guy didn’t look too thrilled about having lugged it off the truck.
We have a TempurPedic foam pillow - the “free” pillows with this offer weigh about half as much. Worries me a little.
Im on vacation and got the shipping confirmation after it was delivered… Hoping my leasing office will atleast put it inside.

I got the shipped email on Tuesday, and it arrived on Wednesday.
For those claiming that it has no smell, there must be something wrong with your sense of smell!
These definitely have an odor. I put mine in a spare room that I am remodeling. There ia an open stud wall, so I leaned it against it to air out both sides of the mattress. The smell was so strong that it was coming through a small crack at the top of a wall. I had to quickly seal it up.
I’m still waiting for mine to de-stink itself.
In the mean time, the label says that it is from Applause Source LLC. They have a web site, but it isn’t much:

Mine still stinks, too. Thankfully, it’s just for the spare bedroom. It stunk so much the first night that I shut the door to that room to contain the smell. When I had to go back in for something a couple hours later, the air in the room was a little hazy from all the off-gassing of the mattress. Yeesh.
