The 1 year manufacturer warranty does not hold. I was checking with the manufacturer to see if I got defected lights (I also bought some touch of ECO solar lights and those stayed on for longer and the solar panels were at the same spot). The manufacturer just said "we do not or no longer carry this item. It is no longer a part of our inventory.
