Anyone taking bets on whether or not this is REALLY 10,000? ![]()
Bought one, I’ll be the test subject ![]()
The AI images these random Chinese companies use for re marketing are hilarious. It’s like they’ve never been on an airplane before. And what are those devices supposed to be? Also, what does “airline approved” mean? I know the TSA has certain rules and guidelines regarding what you can bring on a plane, but I’ve never heard of the airlines themselves restricting the use of batteries.
All reviews seem to be made in the last month or 2.
Super cheap high capacity power bank?
Seems like a scam or at least fake reviews.
Good luck. I’d be scared to plug my phone into this thing.
so in china there is a 3c standard that a power bank need to be labeled with to be taken to a airplane, that is probably what they are trying to say. they do not know that outside china there is not such a thing.
I have 2 Anker brand 20,000 mah battery packs that I have taken on many US flights. The only concern was just recently, the security guy said my packs were blocking clear view of other things. He pulled out one pack and swapped it and put the swab in the detector machine and it came out clean and I was on my way. No concern about capacity at all.
I had never seen this warning before flying Internationally this summer but apparently power banks could potentially catch fire on planes…
It’s been a standard policy for several years, but not usually a big issue. I do always feel awkward when I put my backpack through the scanner and it has multiple battery packs/banks.
That’s what makes you feel weird when they scan your bag?
I just bought this on here last week for more money. I would’ve bought another at this price, but I missed it. I wish I could’ve got that price last week either way Lol
If I’m looking at the correct order, you purchased a different one. This one:
Everything flying off the shelves here
Anyone know the max voltage of this? The 10V claim in one of the images is interesting because that isn’t a valid PD voltage.
Already sold out… That makes my choice to not spend money easier.
Yep. But I make up for it by maintaining eye contact for the duration of the pat-down.

Wow! $8, worth the risk. Sorry I missed it.
Well, that and the sex toys
I don’t know anything more about the product than what’s in the listing here, but it does have a USB-A port and PD only works with USB-C, so maybe that’s where the 10v comes from. It’s also possible that PD is output only and 10v is for input.
