7 ounce cans and contains sunflower oil which is high in omega 6. American diet has too many omega 6 fats versus the healthier omega 3 and 9.

I cant speak to price or ingredients but they handed these out after a race last fall and they are REALLY GOOD

I prefer other flavors of these, but I can also attest that these are pretty good. I just don’t like vanilla coffee that much.
I’m not sure outliving everybody else is all that it’s cracked up to be…
