I ordered this but received the wrong soap bars. I sent an e-mail via the site today to Customer Service but can’t see it anywhere on my account. How can I know it went to the right place? Please assist.

To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
Yeah I was very disappointed. They sent 1/2 in the cucumber that was OK and the other 1/2 in a flowery one that smell like old lady perfume that wasn’t even shown on the photo. None of the interesting scents were included.
