What is the width of these belts?

What’s the deal with sizes? I thought the whole idea of a ratchet belt was that it was adaptable either when I was a lard-butt or in shape?

Yes, the width is an important piece of information but none of the listings provide it!

I figured out from the logo that this is the Fairwin brand and they appear to be 1.25 inches.

Yes but if you’re in the “small” size range you don’t want all the excess belt wrapped around 3 times. So there’s options.

You can cut it with scissors and then hold the loose end you just cut over heat/flame for around 10 sec to create the “end”

Right, but that completely defeats his purpose of ranging sizes. He wants to be able to use it as a larger OR smaller size.
