Notice the description says “30W PD per port” and zoom in on the picture to see the port labels. Neither port will do 60W, each is 30W max. One device cannot pull 60W from this charger. It takes teamwork between two devices.
I knew that when I bought them in February, and as long as you know what you’re getting they’re good at what they do.
