Reading the label… So if only 6% of the 200mg powder is coq10, then these really only have 12mg of coq10, right?
that 200mg is misleading, other products list actual mg - and 12mg is soooooo little… Looked like a bargain until I saw that.
So reading thru some Amazon stuff people are saying that the 200mg of coQ10 makes up 6% of the powder in the capsule, while the rest is filler. Either way it looks sketchy as hell. I usually just grab the CoQ 10 gummies at Wal Mart, sometimes I’ll get the qunol blood pressure chews with coq 10.
