Is this strictly for indoor use only? Or is it safe to have outdoors?
The box says for indoor use only on the bottom right corner.

Bought two last time and they were junk. Tried to initiate a return but nothing happened. Bleh.

Hi there, Customer service will reply to the email listed on your Woot account so you’ll want to check there if it’s different from your Amazon account. Response time is typically 24-48 hours and you’ll want to check your spam & junk folders.
You may want to add info@woot.com to your contacts in your email program.
