Caution here … I bought a two-pack of these refurbished from Woot and a two-pack new from Amazon. The Amazon plugs work just fine. The Woot refurbs do not. The plugs simply will not pair. Visually, they appear identical, but do not perform

I’ve bought a few refurbs and have had some issues with some pairing. What I did to solve it was push and hold the button until it resets then it would pair with no problem.
I bought two 2 packs. Wish i hadn’t. Alexa doesn’t want to talk to them. The wyze app isn’t very useful, i can turn something on/off manually just as easily as getting out the phone, finding the app, and then switching something.
Also, i hear the wyze disables your devices after a year unless you subscribe.
I’m throwing them in the trash.
