no reviews here but have seen other silicon mats used to protect the counter from air friers, toaster ovens, pizza makers,instant pots & the like.
can also dampen the sound from blenders, mixers, etc

Looks like many brands selling on the mothership. Most are rated 4.5/5 stars. Price ranges from $11-$24 for the same size, without spoon rest.
This is the cheapest example.
