My account shows this item as ordered but not yet shipped. However, when I clicked place order, I was kicked to a Google Chrome page that informed me my order didn’t go through.
Sorry for the issue. Was this from the app or desktop? If the app, could you swipe it out of memory and clear app data.
I do see the order in your order history so you’re good.

I started in the mobile app. I have to confess I don’t know how to accomplish your suggestions. I do know how to force a stop of the app or uninstall/reinstall the app.
