Poor quality. Why did I even buy. Now that it was $19.99 and under $20 can’t return.
Why can’t you return it? The directions just ask you to use the support form - the word “here” is a link to the form.

No, it doesn’t say we don’t allow returns. It says you can’t do a self-return and to please use the support form (the word “here” is a link).
