I’ve bought two of these, orange and purple. They’re both junk. The adapters aren’t well secured and have fallen off. The orange one quit working altogether and the purple one works but just barely. It just maintains battery level of using it.
Sorry about that. Remember that you have a 90d Woot warranty. Reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Dang it! Had a feeling it was too good to be true . Ordered two and it appears they too will likely join my woot, out of the return period, junk drawer with my several pairs of my Woot under $20 true wireless earbuds, etc.
