Amazon warehouse associates that don’t pay attention and break apart multipacks.

Frustrating as I’ve had that happen on this order and another one recently. Is there any way to fix this with Amazon fulfillment?
Also, disappointed because they couldn’t fulfill the rest of the order. Only a refund.
It’s difficult for us because it happens at some Amazon warehouses but not all. It depends on the associate receiving or picking for that day. Sorry.
