Why are a bunch of size/design combinations out of stock? It doesn’t appear to be the base shirt because some designs the base color/size is in stock and another design but same base shirt it is out of stock. Aren’t the shirts printed to order? How can a size/color be out of stock for one design but in stock for another?
Are you on the screen that says “Place Order”?
Is there a notice asking you to verify your address or payment method?

Is the 60% discount only on regular t-shirts, or are long sleeve tees and hoodies, etc. included? If just regular shirts, would 3 regular and 1 long sleeve at least get the 60% off on the regular tees?
I haven’t purchased a t-shirt from Woot before. I know the non-heather shirts are 100% cotton. Are they throughly preshrunk? Does the size chart take any shrinkage into account?
