Help me out here - how are people charging these once you mount them or are you mounting them so they can be easily removed

Magnet, one part mounts on the surface the other side on the light.
The ones we have we just pop off the wall magnet and charge and then put back up

How do the metal bars mount? Tape or screw in?
So this is a five pack, and you can order 10, is that 10 of each size? So I can end up with 20 5 packs or 100 total?
The metal mounts have sticky tape and a hole thru the middle for screws (also included in the box).
