Will not buy from these sellers again. I bought one of these fans the last time they were on here and was missing a part. I contacted the provider as stated on the instructions and they gave me the runaround and finally told me to contact woot as they were the sellers. Woot sent me a copy of a letter where they wanted to be notified before attempting to return it and I forwarded that to them and they still were not willing to take responsibility. Finally woot was willing to give me a partial refund to use it to buy the missing part.

That sounds like a nightmare experience. Thanks, sometimes saving a few bucks isn’t worth it.
