I’ve had coffee from this roaster before (through Woot) and it has always been nice. This time, the bag I received was very freshly roasted, and at first, it was a very mild, slightly nutty coffee, with some very subtle fruit undertones. As I have worked my way through the bag, the fruity taste has turned into a stronger and stronger, more intense, sour rotten fruit taste. (I actually though my milk had gone bad, one morning.) If that’s what you like, fine, but it’s no longer enjoyable to me. This comment is really for my own future reference, so the next time it comes up for sale, I avoid it.
