We bought 2 of these. Just put 1st 1 together…several issues…
- The base platform, 4 predrilled holes/screws, 1 was not machined right and the screw would not go in
- The screws provide r very cheap quality and strip easily…b careful, turn slowly and with lotsa pressure
- Parts in the box DID NOT match instructions. A major piece to hold the main vaccuum at the top of the stand was MISSING, not in the box. The top pole has pre-deilled holes for it…so it should have been provided.
- They provided an extra hook, like the other main 5, which WILL NOT hold the main vaccum body properly (in lieu of the missing main holder piece)
We have not opened the 2nd 1 2 c if it has the same issues. We did check the listing on the amazon site, ratings good…bit with the missing part included
So @ThunderThighs what do we do now?
Warranty: 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty
Reach out to customer service. Tell them what you’d prefer - replacement or return for refund.
We won’t have parts for it.
