Hi! Like the other commenter said, when my package arrived it seemed rather unfortunately light. Hopefully the other 5 soaps are on their way too!

Same thing happened to me March 30th. I’ve contacted CS. I’ve also happened to contact them recently with issues on two other orders and I received what appeared to be “canned” and not-attributed replies to take photos and forward them. The items in question were $2.99 and $3.99 . So, on the SoftSoap quantity issue we’re experiencing, I’ll be requested to forward a photo showing “1 unit” and the empty mailer?

Unfortunately, don’t bet on that result. You should contact CS and attempt to receive the missing 5 bottles, ASAP.

If your order was shorted, make sure you contact customer service. They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.

Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Please allow 24-48h for them to respond.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.

Most expensive soap ever. I too received only 2 bottles instead of the 2 6-packs I ordered. I already contacted customer service with photo included. The packing slip even says 6-pack but not what I got, lol. Oh well, hopefully Woot will make it right.

Hi there. Sorry if you’re order is shorted. These shipped from Amazon and some warehouse associates like to break apart multipacks. Customer service will help you out.

Good morning TT! My CS associate decided to refund the purchase price rather than fulfilling the order for six. I was given no choice in the matter. “Hello. The order was for one pack of SIX bottles. The Amazon worker broke-apart the six-pack and sent me ONE bottle only. Please have the other 5 units forwarded.”

There was no reason given for that response, such as “out of stock” or “sold-out and no longer available”. While I’m happy for the refund, I ordered 6 for several good reasons, expecting fulfillment and now, well, I have to look elsewhere. I would rather have the 5 units than the refund, please. Thank you.

April 24, 2025: No response or refund.

Moral: Don’t purchase a multi-pack and expect what ever was described as “Quantity” You will never receive it nor any refund, unfortunately. Don’t blame it on TT!!!

Just don’t bid on it.

Thing is, you’d probably just get one bottle again if they did a replacement. The warehouse near you has broken apart the set.
