I bought a similar cat tree from Woot a month or so ago. Mine is a slightly shorter model, but it’s about 5’5" tall. My old cat tree that I had bought off of craigslist from a dude who makes them in his garage was looking shabby, so I snagged that one. I have to say, the homemade craigslist tree was much sturdier. If you have big cats like I do, the whole tree wobbles when they climb up to the top tier (which my bug guy can hardly fit in, but insists on trying anyway). Also, the little hut is quite small, and my cats don’t even try to go in it.
On the positive side, there is sisal rope everywhere and they love scratching that. It was pretty easy to put together. The faux fur material can get very static-y when it’s dry in the house.
One more small complaint: it came missing one screw. I emailed the company for a spare one and they hounded me for proof that I had actually bought their product. They did end up sending it.
I have a shorter 5’ Amarkat tree, and my guys LOVE it. I do want to note that if you have a plush thick carpet, it may not feel sturdy, due to the height. But on a low-pile carpet or hardwood floor, its great.
I have this exact tree - I bought it from Costco two years ago. My cats love the “cave” but don’t use the rest of it very much. They are huge cats, and when they do use it it wobbles but has never fallen.
Yep - looks like it. I only saw it listed once yesterday. And back in Jan also.
Maybe they can’t sell them out? I wouldn’t imagine many people willing to drop that money on a tree for their cats. (except for this sucker-haha)

Ordered 14 days ago and have not received yet. Anyone else get their tree yet? What gives…! My kitties are getting impatient!

I emailed cs yesterday morning. Just waiting for a reply.

It may take a day or two longer than usual as they figure out what’s going on. Appreciate your patience.

I emailed them a few days ago because I also have not received mine and they only said that their vendor is taking longer than normal to ship out. Still no news or shipping info though.

Yes, they are waiting to get news on what happened so the reply may take a bit longer than usual. Your patience is appreciated.
Well, I can’t do that but it looks like they’re finally on their way. Apologies for the delay.
You should have tracking email already or soon. If you’re really eager, you can use track by reference. You won’t see movement until FedEx scans things in and updates stuff on their end.
You can use FedEx’s “Track by Reference” feature to get tracking info using your order number. Your order number is on your order details which you can get via Stuff You Bought. Leave the Account Number blank. Enter your order number in the reference box. Next, select your country and enter your zip code. Click TRACK and voilà, you may have tracking info.
Finally an update. I guess us all sending emails made someone get on the ball. Ordered on the 19th, 15 days later and we finally got a response. 11 business days, not the 1-2 business days (Thursday, Feb 20 to Friday, Feb 21) + transit woot said it would take, I was just ready to cancel the order. Woot you really need to be more proactive with things like this and not just sit back and wait for people to start asking questions or firing off emails to ask where the stuff is they paid for.
Also I sure hope we all get our packages in good shape, because once we all get it, it will be out of woots return policy window, woots return policy as posted:
What is Woot’s return policy?
Hey, we want you to love us and have a good time. So if your item arrives damaged or defective, go to our Support page to communicate the issue with our Customer Support Team. You can find additional details in the How do I return a defective product section on our FAQs. You’ll need to contact our Customer Support Team within 21 days of purchasing your product if it arrives damaged or defective. Woot reserves the right to impose a 15% restocking fee for any product that is returned and deemed not to be damaged or defective and the original shipping charge will not be refunded. In the event your return request is past the 21 day return window, you may want to contact the manufacturer of your product to see if some other resolution is possible.
I’m sure Woot will make an exception for this case though. Tracking shows that mine will come in the 12th which is the 21st day of the order so as long as there are no more delays I’ll still be covered. Which might be necessary since its coming all the way from Cali to me in South Florida. You think the vendor would have expedited the shipping though since they made us wait so long but whatever…
