As far as I know it should. It works with every other Bluetooth enabled device, but honestly I’m not sure if it does. That’s one of the many reasons I don’t use Apple products.
It will! Update it to the latest firmware and then power it on by holding START+A. That puts it into “MacOS” mode and it should show up as either a bluetooth controller or “Dualshock 4”.
Well if that’s the case then get one or two or five. Seriously this is my go to controller for everything. I use it for my phone, my PC, my Switch, and anything else that it will connect to. Not to mention this is by far the best price I’ve seen them at.
It does appear the exact model here is “discontinued” (scroll down; https://support.8bitdo.com/ ) with the current models supposedly having better and sharper inputs as well as more durable thumbstick padding. But there seems to be anecdotal evidence both directions around the web (reviews/reddit/youtube/etc) as to the performance of this one. Used prices on ebay are similar to this. I took the dive, always nice to have a spare wireless gamepad laying around.
