Well, this was another frustrating order. I ordered three of these eight packs and for $13 something each, and what I got was three single packs of the most expensive baby wipes on earth. This is my third time ordering multiple multi packs of an item and getting multiple single items. And always the item is sold out so I can’t get the quantity that I ordered and was charged for.
Yes, customer service fixes it with a refund, but this should be simple to fulfill shouldn’t it? Why is this seemingly an impossible task?
Did this happen to any else?
Hi there. These came from Amazon inventory. Unfortunately, a lot of Amazon warehouse associates like to break apart multipacks. Doesn’t affect all warehouses so it’s hard to pinpoint the issues on the thousands of products. Woot customer service will take care of you though.
Total ripoff!!! I thought I was getting 8 packs of 56 each. Instead I got one pack.
Make sure you contact customer service. They’ll have some options for you. Here’s the blurb.
Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

I ordered 3 8 packs and got 3 single packs at over $13 each. This is my third woot multi pack order that has been messed up. They just can’t seem to figure those out for some reason.
Yep, it’s not fun. See my explanation above.
So, this is starting to feel like a bad prank. I was told they’d fix this and the remaining 21 packs I paid for would arrive today. To recap, I ordered three 8 packs and received 3 single packs at $13+ each. Today the fix for my original order arrived and… drumroll… 3 single packs arrived! Who the heck in the warehouse is splitting up these 8 packs? At this rate I’ll receive what I paid for in only 6 more shipments.
Yeah, the problem is that the warehouse nearest to you has broken apart the sets and they’ll continue to ship that way until the inventory is gone.
Reach out to customer service and ask them for a refund.
yep same here!
Thank you, they did issue a refund. It’s kind of sad that some human can’t intervene and correct another one’s error. The sku is an 8 pack, breaking that up means customers are getting 1/8 of what they’re being charged for. You’d think a human might notice that. They should try to do better.
