I had the same issue. Returning and asked customer support three times to receive the correct ones I ordered and they haven’t addressed that query once, Is there any way to get an actual response and not just receive the return label again?
Hello. They sent you a return label on 10/22. Make sure you check spam/junk folders. The label itself will be from UPS.
Incredible, fully ignored my comment amount sending the correct bracelets I ordered for the 4th time.
The warehouse fulfilling your order likely has mixed stock so they’re unable to send the correct item.
