Is this safe to use on a Samsung Galaxy Note8?
This all depends. Now being such an older device your n0 longer covered under manufacturers warranty. Now, thats out of the way I normally would only use manufacturers products however once device is no longer under warranty I would go with a cheaper compatible device. If purchased along with a 7w wall charger this might be a sufficient way to charge the Note 8. However, final thoughts I never bought nor used such charger and my comments are just what I’ve based my knowledge with such chargers solely based on.
