Blargh. Very sorry. Please contact Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
mine did the same thing. as though they were designed to work one time.
I bought this from woot and used it once. left it in the sun on an outside windowsill for 4 days and it did not charge. no response from Aduro customer service
Thought for the price I would try it, it’s crap. Nothing solar about it, I’m thinking the front solar panel is just a sticker made to look like an actual panel.
