Woot: 0.03125~ a towel
Amazon: 0.03012~ a towel and in far more reasonable of a quantity for most people. Scott Shop Towels are the #1 seller on Amazon (It’s been this price for over 3 months, and 6 months ago it was a dollar cheaper.)
These are typically cheaper locally in automotive shops too.
Just got mine and once again the geniuses in the warehouse sent me two rolls rather than the two cases I ordered. $120+ for two rolls of shop towels. The packing slip even says 30/case.

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
I did, and I had to do it again for the Rid-X.
Woot CS just offered me $35 to keep the two rolls, out of the 60, that I got. That would make each roll $43.36 after tax. So much for customer service.
This is next level bad service.
Hi there. Let me check in with CS. Reps have a standard formula to use for partial refunds. We’ll get it taken care of.
I just got the email offering the full refund amount. Thank you.
Sadly it’s another instance of I’d rather have what I ordered than the refund but oh well; I have the worst luck when it comes to ordering anything in a case or a lot or a pack of… it seems.
I experienced the same issue as others in this chat. I ordered a case of of 30 and received 1 roll. I called Woot and they were apologetic and offered to send me another case of 30.
Once again, I received a single roll today. I just called up Woot and they issued me a full refund. I imagine that this has happened to everyone that placed an order?!? Not sure who is in charge of quality control, but they clearly dropped the ball.
Hi there. Looks like you’re new to this. There’s sometimes an issue at Amazon’s warehouses where associates break apart multipacks. We don’t know that it’s going to happen until customers receive it,
On top of that, it can vary from warehouse to warehouse.
fun times.

I can say that I’ve ordered these multiple times and never had any issues or mix ups. but yanno feel free to overpay Woot and deal with their totally local customer service.
On the other flipper, I’ve had Amazon reps tell me to fly to the middle of the country when my packages get delayed.
(Trying to find the screenshot.)
Oh don’t get me wrong, I highly suspect they’re sourcing from the same pool; but Amazon at least has 24/7 chat and doesn’t require back-and-forth emails with clearly a new person each time who doesn’t bothered to comprehend what has already taken place before responding.
I had an Amazon rep call me a liar because I received a flattened piece of cardboard with a fishing rod stuck inside of it broke. They said there was no way Amazon would have shipped it that way and I clearly had another box. Literal dolts.
Then there was this unknown substance on a non-liquid purchase:
Yeah I’ve had that joy before with them not bothering to read the previous emails. After several days of back and forth they suddenly didn’t know what order I was talking about and I had to give them all the details over again including pictures. It’s always the same condescending crap too and never an actual apology: We’re sorry you aren’t happy with the item you purchased… You sent me the wrong item or you shorted me on what I ordered asshat.
I wouldn’t have a problem with the whole return process, but when you have UPS drivers that can show up anywhere between 11AM-10PM and won’t take anything unless you can actually catch them to tell them that this package with a return label and big note saying “FOR UPS PICKUP” is going out. It ruins your entire day, and night sometimes, stressing about some sneaky SOB that more than once has tossed something near my deck and hauled ass off while I was in the bathroom, leaving the package that was to go out right where it was.
Ugh
I still order from Woot regularly but my good faith after decades is certainly diminishing each year. I’ve never been burned by them which is certainly a low bar to set.
Did it smell like grapefruit? LOL
There were dozens (or likely much more) bottles of grapefruit cleaner that arrived spilled & empty to their destinations all across the country, not too long ago, after a $1 midnight deal.
I think all those trucks are still citrus fresh!!
Ya know what you need to clean something like that up…? Shop towels!!

I’m hoping someone’s car wash container exploded and it wasn’t someone’s silicone based lube. ![]()
I guess it’s ok to “not know about it”, but once a customer alerts you of the issue, you should reach out/work with Amazon to make sure that it has been resolved and does not continue to happen ![]()
