This item arrived today and it was the most unprofessional packing job I’ve ever seen. It was shipped UPS in a thin sleeve envelope, and inside was the Aesop bottle double wrapped in two unsealed USPS Priority Mail padded envelopes. The bottle had leaked open and the label was off the bottle. Completely unacceptable.

Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
