Has anyone gotten these exploded with the label coming off? I got these last time and Woot gave me a refund and ordered this time with the same problem (shake my head) I feel bad requesting a refund for the second time especially because it was wrapped twice!! Just exploded and half the soap gone.

Don’t feel bad, something must be wrong with that batch. Make sure you contact customer service and they’ll help you out.
It happened to me too! I’m skeptical because I compared it with a bottle I bought at the Aesop store and it (the bottle) looks slightly lighter in color. Could it be fake?
Also, up until this purchase, I was unaware that woot also dealt with third party vendors. Amazon has a lot of issues with counterfeit beauty products and I would hate for it to be the case for woot as well.
