Is there any way of knowing what apps are on the bottom two buttons?
I have this remote purchased from the motherland.
For me, it’s Direct TV and Peacock
Has anyone purchased this remote from Woot and can confirm which buttons they have at the bottom?
The remote finder feature is the best! Saves my sanity!

Drat. This really does not work with the Echo Show 15? What model are you supposed to get?

I don’t think remote controls work on the echo shows at all. Someone can correct me if I’m wrong and it would be nice if they did. That said I’ve never used the echo show 15 which is a lot bigger and probably a lot better for media consumption than the echo show I had which was an 8-inch one.
I also had the first gen echo show for a while but I actually bought it from woot for $25 and then sold it back to Amazon for 25 like a year later.
Will you tell us what the predefined apps are?

It shows Prime & Netflix. However, since these are refurbished, they could be a mix of different variations.
Those who’ve purchased these from Woot, are they scratched, any cosmetic damage, or basically “like new”?

Worth knowing:
Amazon sells the various prophylactic sleeves for these remote controls - but you have to double-check, buy the right sleeve for the controller you have, since there are variations in what buttons are where (it defeats the seal-it-up purpose to customize with a hole-punch). Updated: you can see the buttons thru the sleeving…
FYI, I just got one delivered today and the FireTV app works just fine on it so I won’t be missing that remote at all.
Also it plays full screen streaming video and has the same interface as a FireTV I have in another room.
I’m really glad I got this and now I need a home for the Show8 that we used to use here in the kitchen.
