Doesn’t this just slightly exceed the limits of carry on?

That’s how it’s titled on Amazon but the features state “International Carry On”
yep… most domestic flights cut you off at 21". i wouldn’t risk buying one of these for travel in just the US. probably the reason they’re on woot.
