Yikes! A lot of the more recent reviews indicate these come with broken bulbs and working ones burn out quickly.

These are no different from any G40 socket light set and lower than the average price of 50ft lights.

Good price for what they are but likely cheap bulbs. If you want to use for more than one season consider purchasing a string made for commercial use and then LED bulbs that will be both sturdier and last longer
How do you know these are no different? Have you bought these exact ones? Are you saying those reviewers are lying about the quality of the bulbs?
They are all made the same way. Your common household 12 gauge extension cord with G40 candlelight sockets… And they sold out that fast too
Talk about inefficient. Sheesh. Somewhere around 250 watts?
That… Doesn’t mean the BULBS are the same quality as similar products.
It’s easy to find replacement G40 bulbs for cheap price. Over the years I bought LED bulbs which last a lot longer, sturdier and much brighter
