@ThunderThighs, yes I know you are off for the next week, wasn’t sure who else to tag

I bought 2 of these coats - one for me and one for a friend in a totally different state - two separate orders

We both received x-small sage green Amazon Essentials Men’s Anorak Hooded Quarter-Zip Puffer Coat,

Here is the order slip that was in my box

There has to be an issue with the item # or something, two people ordering a 6x womens purple long coat and receiving a mens x small quarter zip in sage green is not a coincidence


(Yes, I have contacted CS, but this is an issue beyond CS)

ME! YOU CONTACT ME! I HAVE THE CON! I will alert the dude in charge of ALLL these coat sales and tell him to get with the Vendor because I MAKE THE DECISIONS THIS WEEK!

Hi @notmatty thanks so much for helping out! I double checked our offer and it is correct (i mean, DUH!) This is Amazon inventory and I just sent in a request to have them check the inventory. I will keep you posted. I sure would hate to bug @Wooter825352529 over and over again with them shipping the wrong items. THANK YOU!!

@notmatty and @Bobra2, you both deserve a raise after this fiasco

So far of the 5 coats I ordered for people that have arrived, they are all wrong - all different styles, colors, sexes and sizes - mens

I have gotten my refund for 2 of them so far and I contacted CS for the other 3.

I still have a few orders that haven’t made it to people, yet, so there may be more.

@notmatty @bobra2 I’m having the same problem! I ordered a large purple coat and I received a sage green instead. So I contacted customer service and they stated that they were sending out the correct replacement and guess what I got a large sage green coat again. I reached out again to customer service but have yet to hear back from them.
Are there any purple ones in large available anymore?

The inventory #s are off somehow - so when they enter the purple coat, Amazon is reading it as the sage green coats

I ordered 7 different coats and so far 5 of them have been wrong

I am wondering if they are going to have the same issue with the coats that were just on sale, as they were the same coats as when we bought ours

You can buy the purple one from Amazon - the price ranges based on size
