Was it just me or did everyone else get the correct color for their orders? I ordered the Light Brown for my mother as a gift and the Sage Green shipped instead. What’s odd is that my order correctly shows Light Brown for the color but the printed sheet that was inside the box shows Sage Green! Notified Woot and await their response.
I also ordered light brown and received green. My wife likes the green color too, but I wish we would’ve received light brown.

Yep…something is wonky. I ordered sage green and got cream. Contacted CS and they re-sent the order. Same thing. My order online showed correct - I asked for sage…but the pull slips in both boxes showed cream. ![]()
Our sale setup is correct. The correct ASIN is assigned to the color. There’s mixed inventory in a few Amazon warehouses.

Unfortunately, based upon TT’s comment about potential mixed inventories, unless these few warehouses correct their stock labeling, it sounds like asking Woot customer service for a replacement is likely going to result in duplicative color errors as some have already reported.

Customer Service reply was great! They said that it is no longer available and issued a refund. Told me to keep the wrong color, will be a donated so not a total loss. Thank you for taking care of so quickly! ![]()
