I don’t understand how anyone uses these for anything more than browsing the internet with only 8gb. Maybe it’s just wishful thinking on my part.

They are nice to have to download a few movies onto and have them to watch on the plane, bus, wherever. I was able to rid mine of the Kids interface and then install Google Play Store, Netflix and more. I still have enough memory for several episodes of Black Mirror and a movie or two. Excellent portability, very nice screen.

I bought two the other week - same price, $29.99 - to have for cooking in the kitchen (it’s a lot better than running back and forth from the computer to look at the recipes!). With two, they can also be backup entertainment for the kids in the car. More than 8GB would have been nice, but so far, so good. For my needs, it should be just fine! Con: The camera has been fine for close up pictures but blurry for more panoramic photos.
