Amazon Login Not Working

App worked fine earlier tonight. Checking grocery promo just now gave another 400 header error, so I cleared cache, logged out, and now am getting this error trying to log in with Amazon.

Note I even logged out of Amazon on web browser and still getting this error.

Help?

Same. Both app and safari. Waited 1-.5-2 hours and tried again. Same error.
Sent an email to support. Thought I would also check the forums to see if anyone else was having the same issue and if there was a simple resolution on my end

I was having the same problem just now—couldn’t log in through the app or on the website. When I used the Privacy option in Safari, though, I was able to log in and complete my order with my Amazon account. :woman_shrugging:

I’m experiencing the same problem. I logged in manually with my Woot email and password, and when I tried to purchase an item, I was charged $6 for shipping. Just so you know, I have Amazon Prime, and that shipping price seems very unusual. I hope the Woot team resolves this issue soon before my item sells out.

Same issue this morning - Amazon Login not working for me as well. Hope my cart items don’t sell out!

May or may not be related. $6 is Woot’s standard shipping price if you don’t have prime.

Contact CS and asking them to refund the $6, or if it’s a common issue, they may figure it out and refund you on their own.

I just gave in and deleted the app data in Android. It’s now let me log back in.

Very frustrating that this app either downloads bad crap from the server or goofs up so consistently such as to lock its customers out.

Now off to reset all my custom notifications for this app, which just got deleted…

I do have amazon prime so I never had a shipping charge on my woot. Any customer support takes ages over email I am not dealing with that follow-up :frowning:

That’s for sure your choice, but the $6 charge has been happening intermittently on the site. CS will likely refund it if they figure it out.

Had it happen once last night but tried a second time & got through to put in my bigger order thankfully. Was looking at one more item today and doing the same thing but not getting through on retries
