ordered here. came in a damaged box, angle was wrapped with amazon prime tape and when I tried to open first thing I noticed was damaged water tank plastic wall, huge chip. No desire to unbox it completly. So they wrapped to hide damage I guess? It’s not new anyway after box damage, what was the point to do this…? I wrote to woot, sent photos, no reply in > 24 h.

your CS is not doing well I think. 48 h to respond just to ask to send again photos. no more replies >24 h. No resolution. bended and chipped junk is in my hallway. I had several deliveries like this from you guys recently (“new” was not new, or damaged package/item etc.). But sometimes okay, you never know what to expect… 50/50
I’m sorry for the delay. The week of the 9th was our birthday and a lot of orders were placed and that increased the load on CS. They’re working to catch up.
Also, as an FYI, this item came from Amazon inventory and was shipped by Amazon. Unfortunately, we don’t have eyes on the inventory nor a say on how things are shipped.
I’ll send a note to customer service to see Monday morning.
I don’t know anything about coffee/espresso, so I don’t know if this one is comparable or not. That being said, this is the same manufacturer, normally $159.99 and currently has a 50% off coupon, making it about $80.

Btw CS just offered 30 buck partial refund option for this damaged junk although I said from the very beginning what I prefer. And I will have to pack, print label and carry it somewhere for my full refund although I asked pickup as it’s heavy. The item is still on sale but cs said it takes 3 business days to reorder. It’s just something wrong over there…
just received a replacement and no need to send the junk item, trashed it. thanks God. thank you for your help with that, @ThunderThighs
