Anyone else having an issue with the cart?

Any item I look at has a faded out version of “Add to Cart” that doesn’t work and the picture doesn’t seem to load properly either. Tried with WiFi. Off WiFi. Tried restarting phone. Tried via Google. No luck.

Do you have the Woot App? I’m guessing you’re trying to purchase app exclusive items. Try with the app and it should work.

Yes, I’ve had the app for many years and purchase through it regularly.

It’s the same for every item. I was trying originally with the luggage from the home page. I’m on an iPhone 11. App version 4.7.1. IOS version 15.6.1 Can’t get anything to work even clicking through an email or going to Woot via Google. And I’ve logged in via Amazon.

Does it work if you go through a browser instead?

Are you using a VPN?

Could you try Wi-Fi only and then Cellular only (turn off Wi-Fi).

And try uninstalling/reinstalling the app, pls.

It does not work if I use Google as the browser. Safari just opens the app. I’ve tried it on both bands of home wifi and tried with WiFi off, on 5G. I’ll try in installing and reinstalling.

Temp workaround while they try to figure it out - can you delete the app, and then try to go through Safari?
