For probably a few weeks now, I’ve ceased getting non-order emails from Woot. No Daily Digest emails, despite being subscribed. I’ve checked the Gmail spam folder and they aren’t going there. I’ve tried unsubscribing and resubscribing, and still no change. Emails related to an order during that same time frame arrived without issue.
Is anyone else having this problem, or know if Woot! simply isn’t sending them out anymore?
I got a daily digest email yesterday. I haven’t checked today though.
Gmail and Woot are enemies.
Try adding the Woot email addresses to your contact list.

The store-news@woot.com address was the one used by the last Daily Digest I received (Thursday, April 18, 2024). I tried adding that to my contacts yesterday, but still no joy thus far.
Would that even work, given that the emails simply weren’t appearing at all, rather than going to my spam folder?
Perhaps relevant, promotional emails from Newegg have also gone MIA.
No idea. I use a different email source. Adding the Woot addresses to my contacts has worked for me. Got the daily digest at 3am today.

That Newegg also showed a similar issue around the same time, it leads me to believe it is something on Google’s end.
With Newegg, there is a way to view the same deals on their website. Is there a page equivalent to the Daily Digest on the Woot! website?
You can view all the daily deals on the woot home page. You’d need the app to see the monkey chat though.
