I ordered two of these, and they both arrived damaged. One of them had approximately 1/4 of the screen shattered in a spiderweb pattern. The other was not physically damaged, but a portion of the screen in the lower-right corner, about a 2" quarter-circle, did not work (was blank). I do not know if these were damaged from the factory or from shipment, but they were not packaged very well. Deal seemed too good to be true, and in the end it was.
