I have to ask, does refurbished – since this sale does not specify a grade - include missing screws and a chunk of display glass that otherwise provides a (small) degree of protection for the display internals?
Missing screws does not fall in my category or ordinary wear and tear - they don’t just fall off like sticky adhesive affixed Chromebook rubber feet 
The reviews referenced by this sale “shore” out to this item on the mothership suggesting Renewed vs Refurbished.
