“Grade A Refurbished” means these have been thoroughly cleaned, and all of the previous owner’s earwax has been removed.
Plain old “Refurbished” means you might have some work with isopropyl alcohol and swabs to do before trying them out. Unless that sort of thing doesn’t bother you.
I’ll still pass since it’s like $10-20 more for brand new 
Do you have a source where you can find them for $130-$140 new? I searched around but couldn’t find any this low.

I bought a pair of refurbished air pod pros from woot and one of them is still linked to the original owner and so can’t be tracked in Find My. Be warned.
Last time I tried to buy airpods from woot they canceled the order and didnt tell me until i looked back and emailed them about it.
