I chuckle every time I see that Apple tag line regarding the 8 inch iPad Mini. If it currently fits in your pockets, it soon won’t, once you grow up and wear adult clothing. 
Do you notice the “warning” about scratches, dents, and all kinds of issues is NOT included. That must mean these are in close to perfect condition.
Can Apple Care+ be purchased on these?
This is one of the first thing I’ve wanted on Woot for probably Years. Might bite.
I have a mini 4 and it’s pretty nice. Not a fan of full-size tablets. I won mine in a raffle, wasn’t down to spend the bucks on one, but now that I have one I’d consider buying one.

If you want an Apple Pencil, be sure to get the 1st generation of it.
I use one by ipen, cheaper and just ad good.

What do you mean or consider a lot of free time? I don’t search WOOT everyday. But I have alerts, to-do, to-buy lists, etc. that my entire family work towards. I work some 70 hour weeks, but more like 50 most weeks. All hours of any day/week. I would bet some folks have more time not at a job than do I. I just was point out that I haven’t recently found time to choose WOOT over all the myriads of places to buy stuff, lately.
This is just a convenience item for travel abroad. Land, buy data before getting into car/bus and traveling. Perfect timing as I think I might travel transatlantic in couple of weeks. get to try it out. I have many iOS devices. iPod Touches, iPads (minis, pros, etc), iPhones, new two new MacBook Pros, etc.
Just got the item. It’s a wee bit more dinged / scratched up than I had hoped. But I won’t notice it soon enough. Just configuring it from an alternate iPad backup now.
Great. One of the two I got was reported as stolen and can’t be activated. No way I get a new one by Christmas.
