Mini size is a fantastic form factor. I love it. Wish they’d continue making them.
Agreed! I LOVE mine, but the battery is terrible… Wish they’d make it a bit thicker so they could put a bigger battery in it… then it would be perfect, IMO.
The battery life really is one of the only drawbacks to the Mini form factor… I gave my 12 Mini to my brother, and I got a refurbished 13 Mini (last one before Apple dropped them). This one has slightly better longevity, and marginal bump to the camera array. But otherwise, it’s just another Apple generational step - Slight improvements only. Like any other Apple product, the caveat is that iOS support will drop off in a couple of years less time than new models.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a competent phone in a smaller package; This is a GREAT phone, and my favourite form factor!
For Android users, the Asus Zenfone 9 or 10 are also great smaller options.
