So, it’s a refurbished phone and i Understand that it isn’t brand new…. But, for the price of what a brand new one costs, which varies but, for example $349 is the sale price for a 64 gb brand new straight talk iPhone 12 with a full warranty and apple Care plus eligible, with 100/% battery capacity, right now however, you must use it with straight talk or a TFW wireless service like net10, Tracfone, or straight talk for a minimum of 2 months at which time you may request the device be unlocked for any network and since The straight talk phones are Verizon compatible, they are able to work when unlocked on any possible network running on Verizon, AT&T, or T-Mobile towers. That said, the unlocked version brand new is likely closer to $430-450 at most right now. Considering it is the holidays and there Are sales and promos Everywhere for cellular service and phones, that estimate is likely on the higher end of the spectrum.

So, taking in all considerations and that The likely risk when buying this phone refurbished for this price, depending on your network, it is likely that most potential buyers will be either on a prepaid service plan MVNO operator like straight talk or Metro PCS, or Consumer Cellular, or a person that has gotten in a jam and not Quite eligible for an upgrade on their plan with their current provider and need A replacement phone to use—for the most part that is. Well, again, this phone with any TFW service is only $349 brand spanking new and is Unlock eligible after two mos of usage on their network; This phone is also now advertised for $99 at Metro PCS by T-Mobile prepaid service, but I believe that price is subject to switching over to them as a new prepaid customer, but I can’t say 100% for sure if that is correct or what the terms and conditions of that promo is exactly. The point is that I am wondering how many people will find this deal as a “deal” esp at this particular time and considering the competition or alternative options that include a brand new phone…??

The one thing that makes me so opposed to refurb iphones is the variable of inconsistency in condition from one to another of the stock available. More specifically, in regards to that of the battery capacity because guaranteeing me at least 80% battery capacity is kinda piss poor condition cause I know that at 78% the phone stops calculating in numbers and reverts To a “service battery” indicator message which will cost you another $100 average sometimes less depending on the shop. But, my husband and i Happen to repair, service, and troubleshoot iPhones and iPads and battery Replacements are a common thing we do here quite often. If the battery capacity (health) is not a detail that you can provide to me for this price for this phone, then personally I am not interested and honestly, if you were concerned about wasting money or getting the best price for something, then shop around cause this price for a refurb iPhone 12 that the battery will likely need replaced within six months or less and will Cost another $100 for that, you realize that buying a new iPhone 12 for a little more to have peace of mind and all The added security of full warranty, ability to insure with apple care plus, 100% battery brand new Apple battery, etc. and would Have been the same price once you paid for a new battery on a refurbished iPhone 12.

But, that’s just my opinion and advice. You should just be advised thoroughly before making a decision that you likely are gonna regret and would have rather bought a new one.
