Got the two I ordered and both look “USED” while the description says “NEW”!!

Woot! App: Choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Self-Return: Items without Li-Ion batteries can be self-returned within 30 days. Go to your Order Details to get started. The return label will be emailed from UPS.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Weird, I got one for a family member and it was perfect. Since they’re leather they do stain and patina very easily though, the first time she used it she got a stain on the corners from her jeans.
When could we get some restock on 13 Pro Max cases? I saw a lot of pro cases out there but none for pro max.
