Are these truly “factory reconditioned” iPhones, as in refurbished by Apple? Apple refurbished iPhones have a new battery and outer shell, all original accessories, a new box, and a one year warranty. If this is refurbished by a third party, or if they’re just used and not really refurbished, please indicate this in the description.
Hi there. Checked in with the team. These are refurbished by Apple or whomever they delegate that work to. These items were in excellent condition and the batteries were at 95% or above. Rather than replace the batteries for their own retail store, they make them available to others like Woot!. They’re in a plain white box with no accessories. We can offer a great deal on a great phone with our own warranty.
