Apple iPhone 14 Pro (Grade A Refurbished)

Apple iPhone 14 Pro (Grade A Refurbished)

Caveat emptor.

I already reached out to CS about this but these (or at least the one I got) are not Grade A. Mine had tiny nicks and scratches all around the edges and had clearly gotten a shoddy screen replacement somewhere along the way. The oleophobic coating of a true Apple screen is totally gone and it’s noticeably less bright than the original screen on the iPhone 14 I bought new in 2022. It also has weird warped look around the edges that none of my true Apple screens have ever had.

The deal is good if it were a legit Grade A phone, but I feel like I was shafted.

(That said, the refurb Series 7 Watch I also bought as part of this sale is definitely Grade A. Looks perfect.)

Very sorry and thank you for letting us know. I’ve pass this on to our electronics team.

I feel like I got shafted as well. I ordered my purple 256GB on October 29 for $549.99. Although the box was crushed in transit, thankfully the phone and accessories were unscathed. I saw the same exact phone for $479.99 on November 16 Deal of the Day, so I reached out asking for a price match. This was their reply:

“ Hello there,

We’re sorry, but we’re unable to offer price matching or price guarantees on the products we sell. We simply try to offer the lowest price on the Internet for the day. “

Definitely not Grade A. Just got mine with a chip on the screen and only 84% battery. Waiting for a reply from customer service about starting refund process.

Woot must perform a quality check on these phones, or quality check on the thirdparty seller.
I bought two of these and both are far from Grade A: I’d give D and F each.

One had non-original screen, looks warped and appears like a plastic, instead of glass. Battery was below 85%, again, not as advertised.
Another unit was horrific. While the battery was exactly at 85%, after wiping the phone with isopropyl alcohol mixed with water, all the black ink came off and exposed deep scratches all over. I cannot believe they tried to scam by spray painting with a cheap marker!!! The scratches are so bad that it is noticeble from several feet away.
